When someone talks to me about mortgage loans in Northern Kentucky their first reaction is that I give more information than they've experienced. I want to discuss the motivations of the client, how can I help them get where they are going. I like to present the options and let the client choose what works best for them.

I received my training in the mortgage loan field in retail settings. In 2007 I opened my Kentucky mortgage brokerage primarily because most of my business is referral based. The fact I have been in business long enough for customers to work with me more than once or refer friends and family is an indication of the mutual trust.

Prior to originating mortgage loans in Northern Kentucky, I worked for five years as a Realtor in Kentucky and Ohio. This training gave me very good grounding for the mortgage loan field. Prior work experience was in the management field.

As a Kentucky mortgage broker my goal is to help a borrower determine the best possible loan for their particular needs. If I excel at anything in my career as a Kentucky mortgage broker it is giving personal attention to every transaction. I am often asked  - "if I always give such personal attention". I find it pretty amazing that someone would trust a major decision such as financing a home to someone who did not take it personally.
