VA LOANS OFFER AWESOME BENEFITS

VA LOANS OFFER AWESOME BENEFITS

VA loans offer awesome benefits to military home buyers or for refinance. Some of the benefits are:

  • ZERO DOWN PAYMENT AVAILABLE  (One can put down funds if desired)
  • NO MONTHLY PRIVATE MORTGAGE INSURANCE
  • GREAT RATES AVAILABLE
  • LOANS AVAILABLE TO ACTIVE AND DISCHARGED VETERANS OF SERVICES
  • QUICK CLOSINGS POSSIBLE
  • LOANS AVAILABLE TO UN REMARRIED SPOUSE
  • SOME REFINANCE OPTIONS CAN BE STREAMLINED

These are a few of the benefits available when a veteran utilizes a VA loan. With my lender using designated underwriting the loans can close quickly. Certain benefits must be realized by the veteran in the case of refinance.

VA loans are still an awesome choice particularly if one has little or no money to use for down payment. Zero down payment is a well known benefit but usually rates are competitive as well. Now is an excellent time to remind veterans of the option to use a VA loan. Now after serving us we can serve our military with this great product; I'm always happy to offer VA loans as an option!

With the observation of Veterans Day coming soon, I want to say THANKS for your service!  Let me know how I can serve YOU!
